FREE Vet Training - Clients walking all over you?

Short sweet & to the point. No fluff here! Here's exactly what i'm not afraid to say when i have that client (& we've all had 1 or maybe 2) who just flat out disagree with my diagnosis & prognosis. And while i absolutely appreciate that people. neeed time to process, particularly with bad news, it's NOT ok for the, to walk all over me.
